Sauna is perfect way how to recover tired body after physical activity. Regular visits of sauna act positively on your immune system. With each visit repeat procedure at least 3 times and alternate with resting in relaxing zone. Make always your length of stay in sauna to feel comfortable and pleasant.
Temperatures in sauna are between 80-110 °C.
Temperatures in steamroom are around 45 °C and humidity is almost 100%.
Sauna has very positive effects on psyche, strenghten resistace of organism and revitalize tired muscles.
Enter the sauna with towel which can be lended at reception. Take your shoes off before entering sauna.
